DublDom is a modular wood house that was developed by Russian architect Ivan Ovchinnikov and in 2013. Ivan's mission was to create an affordable and scalable architectural design for a family home. Over the past 8 years Ivan's vision was successfully implemented in Russia and Europe resulting in almost 1,000 completed houses. Our technology allows us to manufacture one DublDom in 6-7 days and complete installation in one week. Most importantly, we use wood, the most sustainable and eco-friendly material.

Now we are looking for partners to open production in the United States.

DublDom is a space for open people who like to contemplate and be inspired, love to share warmth and comfort, take care not only of themselves, but also of the environment.

INTRODUCTION

A customer sends an inquiry to us@dubldom.com.

CHOICE OF CONFIGURATION

Our specialist contacts the customer to choose the DublDom model and accessories.

PRODUCTION

We will keep several houses of different models in stock, and they can be shipped within a week.
A custom-made DublDom will take between 4 and 8 weeks to manufacture.

ON SITE

We will assist in getting the building permit and
coordinate laying the foundation and installing plumbing, sewage and electrical.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

We aim at delivering DublDom to the site and installing it within 5-10 days after manufacturing (provided that building and other permits are in place).

Time is the most valuable and non-renewable resource in our lives. If we don't spend years on building, then we will have spare time to spend on something meaningful - family, children, work, travel, or hobbies.

We believe that architecture can change the environment and people, and influence the world around us. DublDom for us is a tool and an opportunity to change the world, therefore it is important for us to create an affordable and massive architectural product that allows us to make large-scale changes.
